TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS:
• Structure : upright type, realized in sheet steel epoxy coated white colour (rust-proof material) outside and atoxic plastic material inside All the internal corners are rounded to make easy any cleaning operations
• Insulation : high density (40 Kg/m³) foamed-in-place polyurethane, with a thickness of 60 mm. CFC-free
• Feet/Rollers : Nr 2 feet, adjustable in height for levelling, mounted in the front side and Nr 2 rollers mounted in the back side, to make easy any moving required
• Insulated door : Nr 1, hinged, realized with the same material and insulation as the rest of the structure (sheet steel epoxy coated white colour outside and atoxic plastic material inside). The door is provided with a removable magnetic rubber gasket in order to grant a perfect hermetic closing and external handle
• Internal equipment : Nr 4 storage baskets, that are provided with a plastic frontal part, incorporating the handle, that acts as innerdoor as close the space among the baskets, to avoid air cold loss at the opening of the external door. The baskets are supported by the evaporant shelves, that at the same time grants an optimal cooling of the basket itself
• Control panel : located in the top part of the structure. The control panel is compounded by a temperature control display and switches, superfreezing switch and alarm features
• LED display and settings buttons : Showing the actual internal temperature and through the setting buttons is possible to select the desired temperature within the freezer working range
• Alarm functions : for both high temperature and door open (acoustic only). The alarm signalling is visual (with a red colour LED) and acoustic (through a buzzer, with muting facilities). The intervention limits are factory setted and not adjustable. The alarm works only in case of presence of electricity
• Superfreezing button : increasing the freezing capabilities in case of new material to be frozen
• Cooling unit : Nr 1, bottom mounted, with a condensing unit compounded by Nr 1 hermetic compressor and Nr 1 condenser, air cooled, fixed in the cabinet rear and also, into the storage chamber the multi-level evaporant shelves (under each basket, for a better temperature uniformity and stability). All the used components are industrial grade granting the maximum reliability
